A Mile Stone Reached Today!

It’s on now!  Today I weighed myself in the gym and found out I am at 276lbs. from 305lbs.  For me it’s been a slow road but I have changed up my workout routine and I am starting to see some progress.   My goal for the next two weeks is to get to 269lbs.  My biggest challenge is my eating habits.  I know, I have to change them if I want to be consistent with maintaining my weight loss.

So you know, I have been at this for a while and been on a rollercoaster ride for sometime now and I have been losing steadily for the past six months without being on a diet or really watch what I eat to much.  I don’t drink soda for the past year.  All I drink is water.  I only eat rice maybe once a month.  But heres the kicker I eat fried chicken  about twice a week and bread everyday.

If I am going to be successful I have to dig deep when it comes nutrician and learn how to eat healthier..  After all, if I take care of my body on the inside will will show on the outside.  Right now I am unconstruction.
