When I first started this blog I was seriously pumped up and thought I was going to do so well. I wasn’t counting on being derailed by my own sabatoge. Yes! I said I sabotaged my own success.
When I first started this blog, I was seriously pumped up and thought I was going to do so well. I wasn’t counting on being derailed by my own sabotage. Yes! I said it, I sabotaged my own success. When life throw a curve ball you still have to be able hit it. Going to the gym wasn’t my problem. I loved the gym. However, eating was the biggest issue I faced. The gym is the easy part and now I realize why it’s ninety percent what you do outside of the gym that really counts.
You don’t have to go on a diet, you literally have to change your life-style. You have to change the way you eat if you want it to work. Eating all the wrong foods not only derail your efforts for losing weight, it can also cause health issues you would least expect and could have simply avoided if you decided to eat healthier.
That was my biggest mistake. I would run on the treadmill and leave the gym with a crazy appetite and as I would rush to work, I would make all the wrong choices on what I would choose to eat. Needless to say, I went from 305lbs down to 229lbs and caught pneumonia. It took three months to get back to normal again and by that time I was already 250lbs. I gained 60lbs back…. That’s insane right?
Again, life through another curve ball and I and trying to hit it. I must start getting serious about my food choices and will. Below are two pictures of me, one at 305lbs and the other has been taken two days ago at 281lbs. I am working on getting back in the 270’s. I will start posting my daily results here on my blog.
