I don’t know why, but I felt good on the treadmill today. More than I normally do. Be consistent and disciplined with my healthy eating and workout routine is really more of a challenge than anything. Trying to workout the same time of the day is difficult. I have to workout when I have a chance and my energy levels are not as high at certain times of the day.
Those are only some of the challenges I face. When you are trying to change your life in many several areas you have to take into account that psychologically you have to prepare yourself more so than physically. Sometimes it can be frustrating when you fall short when you try so hard to stay on course.
That’s why I have a great deal of respect for all the people who have loss weight and kept it off. I know it’s not easy. Trying to keep my strength up while I do more cardio. Thanks for reading my post. I wish you a good day.
