Saturday morning workouts never cease to amaze me. I’ll tell you why. It’s the weekend and you have been giving it your all tearing down the body to build it up all week and you would think your body will be tired. Well, this morning I hit the weights for two hours until complete muscle failure and what an amazing pump and energy in there today.
I have a long way to go and know dropping 80lbs and changing all my bad habits I have for eating will not be easy. But guess what? I am in it to win it! I will not stop or give in. I know there is light at the end of the tunnel and know with all the hard work and sacrifice comes victory.
I am seeing and feeling changes already and it’s been one month. Although, my weight is steady at 181lbs right now for two weeks. I will not let that discourage me because I have been here before and all of a sudden, the weight melts off. It’s about finding what works the best for you and that is what I am doing with my workouts and meals.
