What you do in the first five minutes of your day is crucial. This is what I call the power minutes of the day. Why? It sets the mood of the day, prepares you to be able to handle what the day may have in store for you. Some people pray, some people read affirmations, some have essential planning. Some people have a variety of things they do to start their day including exercising.
If you do not mentally prepare, you just may not have the critical edge you need to make things happen in your favor. Don’t live by chance, live with purpose, on purpose. Being prepare for the day encompass all of you, mind, body, and soul.
