Feeling The Burn Working Out

I said I would not pig out during Thanksgiving and for the most part I didn’t in one setting. But over the course of the day and the next day. Well, let us say it wasn’t a pretty picture. However, today I caught myself and got back on track. I weighed myself and in just three days, it did not take much for me to pack on what feels like the heaviest three pound I have ever packed on in my life.

Today I was going to lounge around and do nothing, except read. Something kept nagging at my conscience and eventually I got up and stepped slowly on my treadmill and hit start and I was on my way. Keeping completely transparent, It took at lease thirty minutes after the initial thought came to me before I stepped on that treadmill.

I just got off the treadmill and needed to get a full workout in.

It is like I could feel myself getting fatter that drives me to get on the treadmill. I am a firm believer of just starting and you will continue to finish your workout. I remember saying when it was safe to go to the gym; half the battle is just getting to the gym and the rest would take care of it self.

I can see the progression on the treadmill and that also fuels me to continue to walk faster, go further, and of course increase my productivity on the treadmill.

This was today’s results

Today’s result I am please with because I can see the progression. I also learned I do better after having a days rest. I cannot get on the treadmill seven days a week because I develop a great deal of pain in my legs. So I break up my exercise and get on the treadmill every other day. I average four days a week on the treadmill.

The three days that I am not on the treadmill I make sure I do not exercise legs. However, that will change starting next week. On the three days off from the treadmill I will stretch with my legs and body to become more limber and flexible.

That’s it for now. I just want to say thank you for reading and I hope you and your family will stay safe and prosper. Oh, below click on play and hear Stepping which I created in my spare time Wednesday, right before Thanksgiving. I know I am not a professional, but I was please with how this came out. The picture is an old picture as you can see above I don’t look like that any longer. Enjoy!!!
