What a glorious day it is. I hope you had a chance to look at or reflect on what you achieved last week. Now, let us take a look at how we can tweak our behavior, habits, and attitude to become better than we were last week. Better than we were yesterday. I know you all are great achievers. However, I believe there is always room for improvement in every area of our lives. I once read we can become better or transform by the renewing of our mind.
We can achieve this by what we absorb in our daily lives. Through what we watch, what we eat, getting the proper rest, and finding suitable outlets for anxiety and stress. On this journey to lose weight, don’t lose sight of the fact, that it comes with psychological, limiting beliefs that may hinder our progress. I can only speak for myself when I plateau; it comes with some frustration.
However, I am aware now when that happens, it only means I need to make slight adjustments in what I am eating or how I am exercising. Then I keep it moving. I keep dropping, and every day, I read my goals and envision myself achieving them. I wish you all a super productive and safe week. In our state of Texas, they are lifting the mandatory mask mandate. I will be smart, cautious, and live by fate, not by sight.
