Getting My Sweat On

There are nineteen days left in my challenge, and it’s not looking good.  I have not lost any more weight.  I will need to lose .77lbs per day if I win my challenge, including the last day.  I am still walking/sprinting on the treadmill if I am not walking outside.  One of the reasons I don’t enjoy walking my three-mile outside when it is hot is that it drains all my energy for the day.

Giving myself a pep talk encourages the fire inside me to rise to burn those calories and unwanted fat. So I took that picture of me this morning when it wasn’t so hot outside. Then,  I went home, took a shower, and went to work.  It wasn’t until I arrived home I realized how exhausted I was.

I will not quit.  I must reach my goal of 249lbs.
